Information for mobile researchers

The Bulgarian network of research mobility centres is a part of the European ERA-MORE network. The Bulgarian network includes the National research mobility portal and four regional Research mobility centres at universities in: Rousse, Varna, Sofia and Stara Zagora. Bridgehead organization within ERA-MORE is Sofia University, the latter also acts as an interface between the European and the Bulgarian research mobility centres.

The Regional research mobility centres have been selected by the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science. The regions for Bulgaria are four: North, East, South-Central and West-South. The Bulgarian regional research mobility centres are:

• North – the University of Rousse,
• East - Technical University of Varna,
• South-Central - Trakia University Stara Zagora,
• West-South - University of National and World Economy.
